The Company involves in provision of tourism services, hotel services and leasing services. The Company operates its businesses primarily in Zhangjiajie and western Hunan, Hunan province, as well as other regions. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and one associate, which involved in operation and development of tourist attractions, real estate development, as well as provision of hotel, restaurant and entertainment services.
