Tiancheng Co., Ltd. of Taiyuan University of Technology is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of computers and assistant devices. The Company provides computers and assistant devices, enterprise network and informationization, teaching equipment, middle and primary school informationization, transmitters and monitoring systems, as well as technology development services and software, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in development and distribution of electronic devices, computer software systems, automation engineering, environment protection and energy products.
