Imagi International Holdings Limited is engaged in the provision of computer graphic imaging (CGI) and special effect production services in respect of CGI animation pictures; holding and licensing of intellectual property rights in respect of CGI animation pictures; sub-licensing of intellectual property rights in respect of CGI animation pictures, and provision of marketing services on project licensing and acting as a full-service project management house in respect of CGI animation pictures. On April 13, 2011, the Company acquired Toon Express Group and Infoport Management Limited.
