China Corn Oil Company Limited is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production and sale of edible oil, and investment holding. It operates under three segments: Corn oil, including non-branded corn oil and own brand corn oil; Other oil, mainly refined edible sunflower seed oil, refined edible olive oil, refined edible cotton seed oil, and Corn meal. It manufactures edible corn oil products for domestic sales under the brand of Longevity Flower in the People's Republic of China (PRC) consumer market, and domestic or export bulk sales mainly to other companies engaged in the sale of edible corn oil under their own brands. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the total production of edible oil accounted to 131,000 tons. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is Corn Industry Investment Co., Ltd.

China Corn Oil Company Limited is the leading manufacturer of edible corn oil in the PRC. Our production volume of edible corn oil in 2007 and 2008 amounted to approximately 65,500 tonnes and 76,600 tonnes respectively, becoming the largest producer of edible corn oil in the PRC.
 
　The Group's production facilities are located in Shandong Province, the PRC. Since we engaged in the production of edible corn oil in 2001, we have extended our production capacity continuously over the years. From 31 December 2006 to 30 June 2009, the Group's annual production capacity for corn and other oil products increased from 82,000 tonnes to 182,000 tonnes. 
 
　The Group possesses highly recognized brands.  Longevity Flower was established in 2006, targeting at middle to high-end markets, with higher disposable income.  The other brand Gold & Silver Flower was established in 2006, targeting at mass market.
