It's estimated that in the forthcoming couple of years, the growth rate of the sales income of the medical industry will remain at 15-17%. In the long term, thanks to the highest growth speed, China's medical market will become the world's 7th largest market in 2010 and the 2nd in 2020, only behind America.

Compared with developed countries like America, China's current medical enterprises have small scales, unapparent product differentiation and low industrial concentricity. They are facing low-level but furious competition.

At present, there are over 1000 healthcare product enterprises in China, generating the annual sales value of RMB 50 billion and growing by 15-20% yearly. Due to the continuously issued regulation policies as well as high barriers of direct marketing policies, the concentration degree of the healthcare industry will be remarkably improved.
