China may currently produce TDI (Tolylene Diisocyanate) 264 thousand tons annually; of which 11.4%, that is 30 thousand tons, is produced by Hebei Cangzhou Dahua Group. As global supply of TDI falls short of demand, production stop for explosion of the group will cause rise in TDI price.
Driven by consumption upgrading and export increase, demand for TDI is strong in China. China has become the largest consumption market of TDI and the most potential development region of the world. Industries such as petroleum & chemical, construction, electronics, shipbuilding, aviation, automobile, package, home electrical appliance, textile and building material etc demand more and more TDI. China's TDI industry is fast developing, with annual average growth rate over 15%. Demand for TDI obviously grows faster than supply and TDI price is on a stable rise.
