Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Limited is principally engaged in the development, manufacturing and distribution of textile machinery and the related parts and components. The Company mainly provides blowing machines, carding machines, blowing and carding machines, combers, drawing frames, roving frames, spinning frames, open-end spinning frames, automatic bobbin winders, ordinary bobbin winders, high speed warping machines, water jet looms, jet looms, rapier looms, tricot machines, round weft machines, as well as textile machine special accessories, among others. The Company is also involved in real estate and financial trust businesses. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five major subsidiaries and two associates. The Company distributes its products in domestic markets and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia and Africa.
