August 12 – Chong Qing Dong Yuan Industry Development (000656) filed that it finished its asset reconstructing by acquiring Chongqing Jinke Industrial, reports Shanghai Securities News.

After the reconstructing, Dong Yuan Industry Development will become Jinke Property Group, with real estate development as its major business.

Jinke Property posted net profit of 11.19 million yuan and earnings per share (EPS) of 0.045 yuan in the first half of 2011.
