China SCE Property (HKG:1966) said that its contract sales of real estate properties totalled RMB110 million, or 12,863 square metres, in December 2011. For the year of 2011, such contract sales amounted to RMB4.57 billion - up 27% on year, or 513,922 square metres by area - an increase of 5% on year.
