Kai Shi China Holdings (HKG:1281) says that the stabilisation period in connection with its share offer ended on 5 February 2012. The company has been informed that no stabilising actions were undertaken by the lead manager as stabilising manager during the stabilisation period.

The company also said that the over-allotment option was not exercised during the stabilisation period and lapsed on 5 February 2012.
