West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a company which produce drug administration systems and components, announced on Juanry 30th that the first-phase project of West Pharmaceutical Package Inc.(China) had begun construction in Shanghai Qingpu industrial park.
It is expected that the project would be finished in the middle of 2009 and be put into production in the end of 2009. The major products would be the lids for injection containers. Otherwise West Pharmaceutical Services also are planning to build a factory to produce pharmaceutical rubber components.
