Mindray Medical International, a major developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices in China has announced its selected unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2007.
Full year 2007 highlights: net revenues were $305.8 million, an increase of 47.3 percent over the full year 2006; net revenues generated in international markets were $154.6 million, an increase of 53 percent; net revenues generated in China in the full year percent were $151.2 million, an increase of 41.5 percent.
Highlights for fourth quarter 2007: net revenues were $92.4 million, an increase of 41.2 percent over the fourth quarter 2006; net revenues generated in international markets were $47.4 million, an increase of 37.3 percent; net revenues generated in China were $45 million, an increase of 45.4 percent
Mindray's board of directors has declared a cash dividend on its ordinary shares of $0.18 per share, based on its net income for the full year 2007. The cash dividend will be payable on or before April 24, 2008 to shareholders.
