E-COMMERCIAL China, the country's first major commercial property services provider, yesterday said it has entered into a licence agreement with New York-based Real Capital Analytics Inc to become one of its data partners.

The partnership will enable E-Commercial China to take advantage of RCA's extensive international network to provide more current, accurate and comprehensive information on market dynamics for its customers.

The partnership will also help enhance RCA's data provision capabilities in China, the world's fastest developing market, and further strengthen its reputation as the world's leading provider of commercial property information, the two companies said.

A US$20 million venture, E-Commercial China was founded in Shanghai in August by a group of seasoned real estate professionals and New York-listed E-House China.
