Nuvilex signs distribution agreement for Cinnergen in China

Nuvilex, a US-based healthcare products company, has announced that it has signed an agreement with GGS Holdings, an established distributor of nutraceutical and biotech products, under which GGS will have the exclusive right to sell the Cinnergen product in China and Canada. The Nuvilex Cinnergen product provides a synergistic and holistic approach to managing blood sugar levels by combining many nutrients from concentrated herbal food sources. Cinnergen provides the body with essential amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, minerals, bioflavonoids, antioxidants, and phytochemicals. All are isolated from natural sources, not created synthetically, and are optimal for the body’s use. As the body becomes more efficient, overall health can be improved. The agreement with GGS, which runs through June 2020, will allow GGS to register, license and market Cinnergen in both countries. GGS has created an established sales network through Canada with over 3,500 business clients. In addition, it is one of the few western companies making inroads to distribution of herbal-based products in mainland China. A GGS Holdings representative commented that GGS is one of the few companies having the proven ability to enter the Chinese marketplace and brand products throughout China. GGS has already been successful in Canada and China in launching, distributing and branding several herbal products and strongly believes Cinnergen is an ideal product for enhancing the rapidly expanding international organic herbal market. At present, Nuvilex and GGS anticipate orders for Cinnergen will commence during the first fiscal quarter. Dr. Robert F. Ryan, CEO of Nuvilex, added, “The GGS agreement complements our overall strategy by launching the successful Cinnergen product into markets where Nuvilex doesn’t have a current presence.
