   Date:2006/12/31

AaaHaa Media Ltd. announced that its entertainment data service has been selected by Cellon for deployment nationwide in China.

The WAP-based mobile services will be launched on Motorola handsets in August, after completing successful testing in limited market areas. Mobile users will be able to use the electronic program guide ("EPG") look-up service via monthly subscriptions or on a pay-per-search basis.

Transaction management and billing data services will be supported by the Cellon back-end services platform. The service roadmap includes program notification services for fans of specific types of programming as well as content delivery to mobile devices.

The AaaHaa EPG data platform aggregates listings information for more than 400,000 movies and TV episodes and covers the top 50 urban areas in China. AaaHaa pre-formatted, pre-coded 14-day forward-looking data is updated daily and is also available on the Internet at www.aaahaaTV.com, China's leading TV search website.

"AaaHaa Media offers unique entertainment data services," said Jason Sun, CEO of Cellon. "Their depth of data, broad coverage, and ability to format a daily datafeed exactly to our specifications make them a natural partner for us."
