July 25 – Sun.King Power Electronics Group’s (0580.HK) affiliate will set up a joint venture in mainland China with Trainelec, S.L and Traintic, S.L., reports sina.com.cn, citing a company filing.

The joint venture will sell, produce, install and test electronic trailer systems and monitoring systems used in railway trains.

Total investment and registered capital of the joint venture are 57.14 million and 28.57 million yuan, respectively.

Sun.King, which is based in Hong Kong, will have a 70-percent interest in the proposed joint venture.
