July 28 – Zhejiang Century Huatong Automotive Part (002602), Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical (002603), Shandong Longlive Bio-Technology (002604) debuted on the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Board today, reports National Business Daily, citing company filings.
Century Huatong Automotive Part issued 45 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) at 23 yuan per share, representing a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 25.61. Funds raised will be invested in the production of light and energy-saving automobile components, as well as research and development (R&D).
Shares of Zhejiang Century Huatong Automotive Part (002602) rose 12.52 percent to trade at 25.88 yuan at 13:37 today.
Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical, producer of medicines for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, floated 65 million shares in its IPO at 34.65 yuan per share, representing a P/E ratio of 47.39. The issuance will fun the constructions of Chinese medicine factory, an R&D center, a sales network and an enterprise information platform.
Shares of Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical (002603) climbed 27 percent to trade at 43.89 yuan at 13:50 today.
Shandong Longlive Bio-Technology, which produces sugar, starch and ethyl alcohol, issued 46.6 million shares in its IPO at 21.5 yuan per share, for a P/E ratio of 47.78. Funds raised will go to the production of Xylose and maltitol, methane electricity generation and the construction of a research and development (R&D) center.
Shares of Shandong Longlive Bio-Technology (002604) rose 18.74 percent to trade at 25.53 yuan at 14:22 today.
