   Date:2006/12/31

Mooter Media Limited announced the execution of many new agreements with Chinese online publishers. Over the past three months the number of Chinese publishers using the Mooter technology for ad delivery has grown to 47.

Key publishers using this technology include SouFun which is using the proprietary advertising targeting technology to serve advertisements onto their website within the Netease Portal. SouFun provides information, advertising and listing services to China's online real estate and home furnishing and improvement sectors. Telstra, through its subsidiary Senis, recently announced an acquisition of a 51 per cent shareholding in SouFun for US$254 million.

Other new online Publishers in the Mooter Media Network in China include Tom Online and China.com Inc. The combination of these publishers will now provide an estimated distribution of 1 billion page views per month for the Mooter Media Network said.

The Mooter Media Network uses Mooters proprietary, multi-dimensional, advertising targeting technology, called Mooter adVantage to deliver paid listing advertisements to the content pages on the publisher sites. The Mooter adVantage product matches and displays the most relevant advertisements alongside articles, product reviews and other information on web sites by using sophisticated algorithms.

This technology dynamically analyses the web page content and determines the advertisements that the user is most likely to respond to. The result of this technology is providing the publishers with either new revenue streams from 3rd party advertising, or will optimizing their revenues by making their own advertisements more effective, through superior targeting.
