CHINA'S oil market was balanced in the first three quarters, with the apparent consumption of refined oil products rising 5.7 percent to 180.43 million tons, the country's top economic planner said yesterday.
China produced 184.28 million tons of refined oil products from January to September, up 5 percent from the same period of last year, according to a report posted on the website of the National Development and Reform Commission.
