During the 4-day fair, a total of 2,682 units had been sold that actualized RMB 1.71 billion in transaction value, compared to 3,403 units valued at RMB 2.07 billion in the spring housing fair, the official Xinhua News said, citing data from the organizing committee of the autumn event.

Sales of second-hand homes were also down from RMB 314 billion in the previous fair to RMB 145 billion this time, according to the data.
