Sino Haijing Holdings (HKG:1106) announced that, on 24 November 2011, it, as the developer, entered into a construction agreement with main contractor Nan Chang City Construction Group Company Limited for construction of dormitory. The project cost is RMB9.44 million (HK$11.55 million).

The dormitory will have two blocks. The total site area of the construction is 8,250 sqm. Sino Haijing's board considers the construction of dormitory will provide a better living environment for the company's employees in Hefei, improve their sense of belonging and stability.
