Wine consumption in China is still fads stage

The foreign wine culture exhibition is coming to climax when the year is approaching the end. The Italy international wine exhibition will be hold in Shanhai International Exhibition Center again.

However, does China well prepared and have enough to capacity this input. Chinese consumer is not familiar with the well-known wine brand Boerba Portugal which is from Portugal. Francisco and the person-in-charge is the second time to join this kind of exhibition. He decided to move into consumption city in southern China such as Guangzhou. However the main market is still in the eastern China such as Wenzhou.

Most Chinese consumers is familiar with France culture and know little about others. Francisco said: The biggest problem is we do not know how to deal with Chinese wine consumer. The most common way is seek for Chinese dealer.

Home market still is the biggest. The domestic wine industry is aware of the potential."The home market need to nature" Shenji who is in charge of the Zhongliang wine company and have many experience in wine culture training said. "To be a culture wine has a lot we should to learn, now we are stay in the fads stage. We should combine ourselves' food culture then one day it would release immeasurable." He said.
