PEPSICO Inc will invest more than US$800 million in the next three years to expand in China, its largest overseas market.

Pepsi has invested more than US$1 billion in China since setting up its first China plant in the southern city of Shenzhen in 1981 and now has more than 40 plants and 10,000 employees in the country.
