The average price of pre-owned apartments in Beijing dropped to a 15-month low in November.

»The average price of pre-owned apartments in Beijing dropped to a 15-month low of 22,018 yuan (3456U.S. dollars) per square meter in November, according to latest report by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development(BNCHURD) on Dec 2nd.

»The report said Beijing sold 7,428 secondhand housing units in November, a 55.8 percent fall from a year ago.

»The report also showed Beijing's commercial house sales area in the first 11 months dropped 27% year-on-year to 8.19 million square kilometres, a record low over the last 10 years.
