Singapore, Dec 12, 2011: China’s medical device company Mindray has reached an equity transfer agreement with high-tech enterprise, Zhejiang Greenlander Information Technology, through which Mindray will acquire a controlling stake in Greenlander.

After closing of the deal, Greenlander will become a new member of Mindray Group, bringing in well-developed resources in R&D, Manufacture and Marketing of PACS (Picture Archiving & Communication System) /RIS (Radiology Information System). Winning quick access to the fast growing medical IT market, Mindray is poised to offer more comprehensive medical solutions to our customers.

Mindray will utilize its strong platforms in manufacturing, R&D, quality assurance, sales and marketing to support Greenlander’s future development. Through active and effective integration, Mindray and Greenlander will work together to build the company into a leading PACS/RIS service provider in China.

We believe that the collaboration between Mindray and Greenlander will bring many synergies to both parties. We expect that our combined efforts will provide better products and services to our customers, broader development opportunities to our employees, and help Greenlander establish a stronger position to compete in the market place.
