China Tianrui Group Cement (HKG:1252) announced that the stabilization period in connection with its global offering ended on 18 January 2012. No stabilizing actions were undertaken by the stabilizing manager during the stabilization period.

The over-allotment option was not exercised during the stabilization period and lapsed on 18 January 2012.
