Evergrande Real Estate (HKG:3333) said its real estate property sales in January 2012 with contracts signed totalled RMB2.22 billion, up 73.4% on month. By area, the January contract sales amounted to 373,000 sqm, up 110% on month. The average selling price was RMB5,956 per sqm.
