A source inside Shenzhen-based Internet company Tencent's (0700.HK) game division revealed to the National Business Daily today that the company was in talks with Disney about future partnerships on cartoon R&D, but that financial details of the partnership could not be revealed at this time.

"If all goes well," the source said, "Tencent's animation branch could operate parallel to its gaming division."
