K. Wah International Holdings Limited (HKG:0173) announces that application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of the programme of US$1 billion medium term notes to be issued within 12 months after 20 April 2012 by way of debt issues to professional investors only, as described in the offering circular dated 20 April 2012. The listing of the programme is expected to become effective on 23 April 2012.
