Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) announced that its real-estate property sales with contracts signed amounted to RMB1.597 billion in April - up 468% on year, or 102,700 square metres by area - up 709% on year.

For the first 4 months, contract sales totalled RMB4.697 billion - an increase of 175% on year, or 379,100 square metres - up 274% on year. The sales represented 47% of the company's full-year target of RMB10 billion, or 39% of the full-year target of 0.96 million square metres.
