Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology (HKG:2208) announced that it intends to transfer Tellhow Wind Power Blade Jiangsu Co., Ltd. to Sinomatech Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd..

Tellhow's business scope is manufacture and assemble blades for wind turbines with a capacity of over 1.5MW, sales of products manufactured in-house; research and development of wind-power equipment; maintenance of blades for wind turbines with a capacity of over 1.5MW; technical consulting and services for wind-power equipment.
