Sinclair Pharma PLC, the international specialty pharmaceutical company, said it has signed its first marketing agreement for China, which will see its flagship mouth ulcer product, Aloclair, sold there and in other Asian nations by Auroren Pharmaceuticals.

Sinclair said it will supply Aloclair rinse, gel and spray products to Auroren for marketing and distribution in China, Hong Kong and Macau.

It will receive upfront and milestone payments from Auroren, which will have the exclusive rights to promote Aloclair to dental and medical professionals and consumer, Sinclair said in a statement.

Sales are expected to start in the next financial year and after local registration of the product.
