China Agritech, Inc., a leading manufacturer of liquid organic fertilizer in China, today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006.

Revenue for the fourth quarter 2006 increased 36.3% to $6.0 million, from $4.4 million in the fourth quarter 2005. The increase in revenue for the quarter was primarily driven by a combination of changes in the company's product mix and higher sales volume. Net income increased to $1.1 million, up 5.5% from the fourth quarter of 2005. Fully diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $0.06, compared to fully diluted earnings per share of $0.08 in the fourth quarter 2005.

The number of diluted weighted average shares outstanding was 19.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2006, compared to 14.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2005.
