Beijing Med-Pharm Corporation has secured approval from NASDAQ to transfer the listing of its common stock from the NASDAQ Capital Market to the NASDAQ Global Market effective from June 7, 2007. Beijing Med-Pharm common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market in August 2006. The company's common stock will continue to trade under its current symbol, BJGP.
