On June 15th, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China isssued Announcement No.48, 2007—final decision on antidumping investigation against imported Sulfamethoxazole from India. Ministry of Commerce judged that there existed dumping to the imported Sulfamethoxazole from India, and the dumping injured the relevant industries in China. China would levy antidumping tax ratios of 10.1% to 37.7% for the investigated product, and the term of the announcement is five years.
