Chinese online video site VODone Limited (0082.HK) announced a partnership with Reuters to provide Reuters' financial news video content on the VODone.com website. The service will be launched in July. VODone claims to have partnerships with over 5,000 websites, including MSN's China portal and broadband portals run by China Netcom and China Unicom, to distribute its video content. There will be both free and paid subscription versions of the service. The paid subscription service will include real-time market updates from China's A and B share markets, as well as the Hong Kong market. The free service will provide more general investment news and information. VODone's shares are currently suspended in Hong Kong pending a "possible major and connected transaction".
