CHINA Vanke Co (stock code: 000002)said it signed a cooperation agreement with a unit of Singapore's CapitaLand Ltd.

The two companies will develop residential and commercial properties, the country's largest listed real estate developer said in a statement to Shenzhen's stock exchange. The agreement with CapitaLand Retail Ltd, a retail property unit of Singapore's biggest developer by assets, was signed yesterday, Vanke said.

Vanke didn't provide any more details about the agreement, Bloomberg reported.
