China Aoxing Pharmaceutical Company, a China-based pharmaceutical company specializing in analgesics and pain management products, has received an approval from the Chinese government to acquire an additional 35 percent interest in Hebei Aoxing Pharmaceutical Group (Hebei Aoxing). With this approval, China Aoxing Pharmaceutical is now permitted to own 95 percent of Hebei Aoxing, the main operating subsidiary of China Aoxing.
