The biggest Paclitaxel extracting factory of in China found by HongDou Group had put into production from September 28th, and the foundation stone had be laid for the factory of Paclitaxel injection.
The investment on the Paclitaxel extracting factory is more than 80 million Yuan. The factory owns advanced production lines, with new extraction and purification technology and semi-synthetic technology. Next several years, the output of Paclitaxel will reach 500 kg per year.
The investment on the first-phase project of injection factory is 28 million Yuan. When finished, the factory mainly produces several anticancer drugs with the solution for injection and the powder for injection. The output can reach 6 million vials per year, and satisfy the need of 25,000 cancer patients.
