PETROCHINA Co's Daqing oil field, the nation's oldest and biggest, plans to add 100 million metric tons of proven crude oil reserves a year within the next decade to meet rising energy demand.
Daqing Oilfield Co will intensify efforts to seek oil and gas resources and "accelerate steps to explore the overseas market," China National Petroleum Corp, the parent of PetroChina, said on its Website yesterday.
