SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co, a unit of Asia's biggest oil refiner, said its third-quarter loss widened because of higher crude oil prices.
It posted a net loss of 94.7 million yuan (US$12.7 million), compared with a loss of 32.7 million yuan a year earlier, Shanghai Petrochemical, which reported under Chinese accounting standards, said in a statement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
