Recently the supply tension of 7-ACA have eased. At the 59th API China, the manufacturers and purchasers both said the supply was not scarce. But the offer price still was the old price, about 950 Yuan/kg. The downstream products prices didn't change obviously, for example Ceftriaxone price was about 1200 Yuan/kg.
We know if the supply is enough, the price often should drop. If Joincare Group's Jiaozuo branch (newly founded) begins to supply 7-ACA normally. Then the prices of 7-ACA and downstream products maybe should drop to some extent at the end of this year.
