Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the production and distribution of liquor and related products. The Company鈥檚 liquor products are mainly used for social communication activities and daily consumption. The Company鈥檚 major liquor offerings include Yanghe Blue Classic series, Yanghe Daqu series, Yanghe Dunhuang series and Shuanggou series, among others. The Company primarily distributes its products within domestic markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine wholly owned subsidiaries and one associate.
