Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. is a China-based airline company. The Company provides primarily passenger air transportation services, freight air transportation services and charter flight services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company transported approximately 18.63 million passengers, as well as 282,500 metric tons of cargos and mails. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated a fleet comprised of approximately 97 aircrafts, which include 83 Boeing 737 airplanes, three Boeing 767 airplanes as well as 11 Airbus airplanes. The Company has branches in Haikou, Beijing, Xi'an and Taiyuan, China.
