YinChuan XinHua Department Store Co. Ltd. is principally engaged in commodities retailing and provision of property leasing services. The Company operates department stores and regular chain shops in Yinchuan, Ningxia autonomous region, China, which deal with general merchandise, apparels, shoes and hats, household electric appliances and food products, among others. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in retailing of general merchandise, operation of regular chain supermarkets, provision of property leasing services, wholesaling and retailing of household electric appliances and communications products, as well as processing and distribution of dairy products.
