Shandong Expressway Company Limited is principally engaged in the toll collection of bridges and roads, as well as the sale of petroleum products. The Company primarily operates and manages Jiqing Expressway (from Jinan to Qingdao), Jilai Expressway (from Jinan to Laiwu), Taiqu Road (from Taian to Qufu), Jingfu Expressway Deqi North Section, Xuyu Expressway (from Xuchang to Yuzhou), Jinan Yellow River Bridge, Binzhou Yellow River Bridge, Pingyin Yellow River Bridge and Jinan Yellow River No.2 Bridge. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major subsidiaries and associates, mainly engaged in the operation and management of expressway, development and usage of environment protection technologies, petroleum products retailing, gas station and related services, as well as property management and restaurant services.
