Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and trading of sportswear and garments. The Company manufactures sportswear for men, women and children on an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis, which produces products according to the design supplied by the customers. The Company manufactures products under brand names, such as Nike, the North Face and Puma for the Asia Pacific regions such as the People鈥檚 Republic of China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Macau. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Jespar Age Limited, Eagle Nice Development Limited, Far East (International) Garment Limited, Yue Mei (HK) Garment Limited, Wayable International Inc., Maitex (EAG) Limited and King Eagle (EAG) Limited.
