The Company operates its businesses through securities brokerage; investment banking business, including lead underwriting of initial public offering (IPO) and bonds, as well as asset securitization business; asset management, including investment management of corporate annuities and funds, as well as other businesses; bond selling and trading; stock distribution and trading, research business, financing and security financing businesses. The Company operates its businesses primarily in domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 270 operation offices in China.
