Description
Sichuan New Hope Agribusiness Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture and distribution of feedstuffs, meat products and milk products. The Company is also involved in the banking and insurance businesses. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company distributed approximately 1.32 million metric tons of feedstuffs, 284,500 metric tons of milk products and 232,700 metric tons of meat products, as well as slaughtered approximately 2.12 million pigs. The Company distributes its products in China’s domestic market and to overseas markets. The Company holds stocks of China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. and Minsheng Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
