Liuzhou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in manufacture and sale of chemical fertilizers and organic chemical products, as well as the mining and distribution of coals. The Company鈥檚 principal products are ammonium nitrate and urea. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries and associates, involved in the production and distribution of potassium sulphate, potassium nitrate and industrial hydrochloric acid, as well as the manufacturing of engineering coal and oxydol products.
